REFUND policy.
All tickets can be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the originally booked event date.
Customers need to get in touch with us to be rebooked to another date than initially and originally booked latest 24 hours before the booked event date. No rebooking possible after the event date has passed. No refund for no shows or late arrivals on the day of the event.

Event tickets will only be refunded by Play Marketing SLU if bought on cirquedelanuitibiza.com / aftersunibiza.com. In case you bought your ticket with another seller, please read their T&C or get in touch with them for that. The purchase price will be refunded, but not any advance booking fee, shipping costs, travel costs or any other fees and costs.

The organiser reserves the right to change the time within 48 hours and/or venue of the event. The event tickets retain thereby their validity. No refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
